Correctors of this Years State Exams Wanted
The Kildare branch of the ISTA is looking for correctors of this summers state exams (Science, Biology, Chemistry and Physics both Higher and Ordinary), to give a talk to its members in late September as to where the marks were allocated in each exam.
Kildare Branch ISTA Meeting June 2010
There will be a branch meeting for the Kildare branch on Thursday 24th June at 7.00pm in the Kildare Education Centre. This meeting will be for discussion of all the exam papers as well as being a general meeting.

Junior Science Quiz
This year's Junior Certificate Science Quiz was held by the Sligo branch on Monday, the 3rd May, in the Fr. Flanagan Hall, Summerhill College. Eighteen teams competed in the quiz which was held in memory of the late Eleanor Concannon. Mr. Tommy McManus, Chairperson of the Sligo ISTA branch, acted as quizmaster. Congratulations to each of the winning teams; 1st place; St. Mary's College, Ballisodare, 2nd Place; Coola Post Primary School, 3rd Place: Sligo Grammar School.
