As part of the 2012 Dublin City of Science Festival, the Institute of Physics in Ireland(IOPI) are proud to announce that they will be hosting a ‘Physics High Flyers’ event on Saturday May 5th in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, 123 St Stephens Green, Dublin 2.

The Leaving Certificate Biology Medals Award Ceremony will take place in the National Botanic Gardens on Friday November 21st at 7:30pm. Admission: FREE

Open to all members, non-members, friends and family of the medal recipients.

Awards of medals of excellence by the Institute of Biology of Ireland will be presented to students who achieved the highest marks in the 2014 Leaving Certificate Biology exam. Certificates of Teaching Commendation will also be presented to the teachers of these students.
