BTYSTE Winners 2016
Congratulations to the winners of the 52nd BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition, Maria Louise Fufezan and Diana Bura from Loreto Secondary School, Balbriggan. They won in the Biological and Ecological Sciences category at Intermediate Level, with their project entitled ‘An Investigation into the Effects of Enzymes used in Animal Feed Additives on the Lifespan of Caenorhabditis Elegans’. Their teacher Dr Niamh McNally won a Best Teacher Award and is a member of the Dublin Branch of ISTA. Their school won best school. A great achievement for all concerned.
